New Saigon Bakery

New Saigon Bakery is a family owned business that focuses on bringing homemade, traditional Vietnamese food to Denver, Colorado. We focus on Banh Mi ( Vietnamese sandwiches) as well as Vietnamese sweets and street food. Our family-owned business started our journey with establishing New Saigon Restaurant in 1987. New Saigon Restaurant was owned by Thai Nguyen and Ha Pham. Their story is among one of the many refugees who fled from Vietnam during the war. Their restaurant became one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Denver. To them, the American dream had finally been achieved. In 2012, New Saigon Bakery and Deli opened our doors next to the restaurant whilst being managed by Thai and Ha’s daughters and son-in-laws. Under the same family management, we also strive to share our culture through Vietnamese food. The New Saigon family hopes to continue opening new doors for the bakery and deli business as we have closed our doors to our restaurant which was sold in 2017. Thank you to all of your continued support all these years and we hope to continue providing Denver with the top quality,traditional Vietnamese foods that we grew up eating!
